I liked the tool but now that I've gotten the cage out I can say it's a lot of money for what they don't give you. Centering and preparation make this tool work. If you don't center it, you will damage the squirrel cage rotor or the fan that is attached to the shaft. The holes to look through are quite small and I had to use a flashlight to make sure I hit the target after a failed attempt. But the simple solution they had to offer was to put several different sized shims on the shaft and then attach a tool. This would make it self-centering for the most part. A few bucks more, I'd happily pay her for it, even if it wasn't absolutely perfect. I also think they should have provided pointy screws which really help to better hold the bushing you are trying to remove from a given shaft. What I really liked was that my Milwaukee Percussion Gun was punished when I got frustrated using hand tools. There, the cage of a 17-year-old squirrel was completely rusted. With a pistol and a 19mm head, it was removed, the tool was not damaged thanks to high-quality steel. I recommend it, but I'm a little annoyed with the centering and how a cheap accessory could make it so much easier on a fairly expensive tool for what it is.
