High quality is more expensive. Slim.

I bought one as a gift and bought another right after opening it. The bracelet is quite heavy and shiny to look like silver. The note inside is written in rather small letters so you don't have to worry about someone seeing it and being offended. It even came in a nice gift box. Overall it looks more expensive than what I paid for. The hole for your wrist is quite small but I think it can be bent neatly enough to widen it.
