The first pair was at least one size larger and had to be returned. The heels of the second pair were loosened and returned as well. I spent $20 on extra sole plates and heel pads to see if I could get them to work, but I couldn't. They appear to be high quality shoes, but what's the point if you can't keep your heels from slipping off while walking. This is the first time I've bought shoes online and will probably never do it again. This is also the first time I have created a product review and also returned a product twice!
