Link 2 is very user friendly, it's easy to use with no training required once you get your head around how everything works. I really like that they have included so much functionality within one system which can be customised as per client needs. It has saved my team time in terms of getting jobs done more efficiently than before! Nothing at this stage but would love for them to add some new features such as an escalation mechanism (ie when someone does not respond) or integration/extension between link 1 & 2 systems if possible - maybe even make link1 better? As stated above just save me loads of time by allowing us all work together from different locations seamlessly without having to email back n forth etc.
