Carpal tunnel is the light shining on my future train so I sleep in wrist braces to delay the fall. I used a few of these for years until they became too shabby to wear. This new version wasn't as well made as the old ones - for example, the webbing around the thumb is just foam; The old used sewn canvas. They offer good grip just like the old model, but wear out much faster. For the price I expected more.
