Review on HOOBRO Coat Rack Shoe Bench: 3-In-1 Entryway Storage, Wood & Metal Frame, Greige/Black BG17MT01 by Mark Fleming

The bench was easy to put up. The finish on the "wood" is smooth and shiny. The bench went smoothly and took me 35 minutes by myself to do it at a steady pace. HOWEVER, then I got to the coat hangers. The one with 5 all went on well, no issues, of course i get to the last 2 hangers on the 2nd board with 4 hangers. And they KEPT SNAPPING. I'm not a very strong person so it's definitely not me being Macho Lady and showing these pieces of metal who Mama is. Nope. I would have totally blamed my huge woman muscles if it was like 1, MAYBE 2. BUT 4?! Ugh. I can't figure out how to contact the seller and I am NOT tearing apart 45-50 minutes of my time for one stubborn particle board & 4 weakling screws, just to return the dang thing.
