Review on Kryptonite KryptoFlex Bike 🔒 Security Cable with Looping Feature by Brian Campbell

I bought this cable and accompanying NYC Kryptonite lock to secure my bike. One of their great advantages is that they have anti-theft insurance which you can purchase from them for an additional fee. I bought it. Unfortunately the bike was stolen a few years later and I filed a lawsuit. Not only did it take them over 2 months to process the half page claim form, they also denied the claim because the thief left no evidence (broken lock). What kind of thief leaves behind evidence on purpose? This makes it very clear that Kryptonite/Allegion is using tactics behind the scenes to avoid payment at all costs. However, I was offered to send a new lock.
