I want to start out by saying that we love the trucks themselves. The wheels are made well and the friction mechanism has enough power to move the trucks a good distance on our carpet floors which is not very normal in our experience with vehicles so far.The transformer part does leave a lot to be desired. First, the packaging gave no directions for how to "transform" the trucks so you have to find the correct part of the truck to push in for the transformation. Second, the transformer portion is really just a face painted onto the inside of the truck. I think it would have been better suited to just have the inside of the truck present rather than a random face mixed with a truck "body" that doesn't really look like anything.
