Finally someone picked the right bristle color. I'm not particularly fond of the inevitable brown hue that coffee-rich households imbue cleaning products, so it's a relief to just start with black. Also, they seem to have the right stiffness and length to avoid most of the "soap splatter" that the last few bottle brushes I've tried have done particularly well (badly) with. As mentioned elsewhere, the plastic wand is frustratingly flexible. It works and I don't feel like I'll break it right away, but the stainless steel OXO brushes make it feel less secure. For the price, it might be worth living with. Unless the bristles break particularly quickly, I'll probably go back to another set just for the color.
