I tried to use it in my CR-10S5 but couldn't get the extruder stepper motor to work. Everything else I've been able to test seems to work fine, but when I try to manually control the extruder's stepper motor or print an object, the extruder doesn't move. I switched my extruder stepper motor to another axis and it can be controlled. one of the other driver channels, but E0 does not work. I've found that when I put my finger on the stepper motor shaft, it moves or twitches a bit the first time I try to move it, but then again does nothing until I turn the entire printer off and on again. .I am using Marlin 2.0 firmware with bug fixes. I had to go through and set everything up manually as there were no build samples for my printer, but after setting up Ender 3 I came up with a few build volume settings and some things specific to my application biggest part. BIGTREE_TECH finally answered my emails for support after trying to get them to reply but they don't help at all. They keep asking me to fix the problem for them but they don't seem to understand that the E0 driver or something on the board is faulty. If another axis driver moves the extruder and E0 doesn't move anything, then E0 is bad! I eliminated everything except board, wiring, firmware settings, swapped steppers, changed current settings, using the firmware file sent to me, nothing works. There's no reason why E0 shouldn't work, other than a bad board. Now they want me to video the test I did already with the axle swap to show them the E0 really doesn't work. With the size of the printer and the way the case is set up and the AC power supply I'm not going to be trying to hold the camera while dialing in and trying to get video of a STEPPER MOTOR NOT MOVING ! It doesn't make me happy to state that this board is now "unavailable" and Revain doesn't know if it will be restocked, which tells me that they have serious problems with this board or are about to release an updated version . I no longer deal with BIGTREE_TECH. and will return the board while I still can. All I can say is "I tried" and I will stay away from their products in the future unless they are proven to be stable.
