Not smooth and poor quality

Numerous clearly made by someone inexperienced They have fingerprints and putty holes in the mold area and the smaller one does not have a shiny finish. looks like made from different places. low quality. I would prefer if they sent me a replacement but I don't want to fuss and get a full refund and all that mess so I'll wait and see what happens.
