Finally a good one!

Definitely the best pre workout I've tried and I've tried LOTS of different ones. Like anyone who works out a lot lol. Your energy, focus and stamina increased, I felt like I could go forever! Rschunimagu. Trust the printed directions, as I learned on day one, take 30 minutes before exercise and not 6 hours before bed.
