I LOVE Whitening Strips. They make my teeth super super white. But you have to pay for that! My teeth hurt a lot after using them, sometimes I can't even smile when the wind is blowing haha. But seriously. I can not. I try to use them every three days and only for the recommended 30 minutes. I also cut them in half lengthwise so I just tape them to my teeth instead of wrapping them in. Helps a lot with sensitivity. You never fall. I would be happy if the cross changed the taste a bit. They don't taste terrible, but the ones with mint taste better. Overall I'm still struggling with whitening my smile about every 6 months because they work really great.
