Review on Enhanced Power Transmission Products with Threaded Backlash Spring - Sunhokey by Andre Bennett

Requires modification to work with Ender 3

There are no questions about the quality of the nut itself. There were a few burrs from machining but they are easy enough to remove. Maybe the spring could be a little harder but it seems to work. This is a mating thread for the Creality Ender 3 and probably most other Creality printers. However, if you want to use it on the Ender 3, some modifications are required. If you don't have the patience or tools to make these changes, I don't recommend it for this application. As you can see in the photo I had to sand one side to clean the extruder motor. (pictured alongside the standard Ender 3 nut) Took only a few minutes on the grinder. This can also be done with a file and a little more patience. I also had to enlarge the holes a bit as they didn't quite line up with the holes on the bracket. After I made these changes everything was fine as shown in the other photo. I used M3 bolts that were a bit longer than the stock bolts to give more room for the nuts. (Bolts and nuts are not included). One of the added benefits is that the filament doesn't slip on the rod and it's less likely to get oil on it. Hope this helps with some of my Z issues in the first few layers.
