Review on Employee Navigator by Jason Hinrichs

I love that you can see who has viewed your profile before they decide if it meets their needs or not! It helps me keep track in seeing what people are looking at while searching for potential hires as well. Nothing much but great customer service from our team here so far!! Would have been better had there be more features available online than just viewing profiles (which isn't bad). Great tool when hiring out talent across multiple states/countries because we don’t always know where candidates will end up working next after leaving one state job interview. I like that this program can be customized for any size business and has great reporting options as well! It isn't very easy at first but once you get it down its super user friendly. There are no cons about using E-Navigator. You will not regret trying out this product because there so many features in one package!! We have been able to streamline our payroll by reducing errors in processing time which means we process more paychecks per week than ever before.
