This door lock fits my list of requirements BUT you need to buy another device (called a "gateway") for all the features to work! GATE! My own gateway is not listed as "works with" for TTlock smart locks. Silly me. I figured my "Smart Things" gateway would work with something "smart". This was my FIRST complaint. The second - and perhaps the most annoying - is the installation. I have 4 other "smart locks" installed. All were Schlage branded and each took just half an hour from start to finish. This TTlock monster took 5 hours from start to finish. call me stubborn I just refused to stop as I had to partially assemble, then disassemble, and then try to figure out how to fix the problem. Instructions are translated from Chinese and entire sentences are omitted in detail. The sentences used make no sense in them. If I hadn't already been familiar with installing smart locks, I would have never been able to figure it out. AND NO ONE WARNS YOU THAT YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND CHINESE TO INSTALL YOUR PRODUCTS! I think people like me should always always double check that everything I buy is made here in the USA for clear instructions. Aaaaak!
