Very nice sports sunglasses. They're big enough to keep unfiltered light from the edges. Comes with a strap so you don't lose your glasses while exercising. Extra lenses are good and a little frame could be there to help with lens reading or whatever. It came with a padded case to store your sports glasses, as well as a cleaning cloth. I am very satisfied with these sports glasses. To replace the lens, follow the instructions, lift the bottom and push out, then release the lens around the nose and finally pull it out completely. You do the same thing the other way around. Make sure you aim the lens at the center of the nose. I didn't have any major problems changing lenses. They appear to be well made and you will love them.
