Review on Glazata Bluetooth Conversation Wireless Handsfree by Jason Epstein

I am returning this item. Pairing with my phone was easy. And this headset actually worked as advertised. However, it is extremely difficult to keep it in the ear. The headphones themselves are weird. It comes with two interchangeable parts - small and large, each with a different shape. Doesn't sit comfortably in the ear, doesn't sit still. When I spoke to subscribers, they heard the call perfectly, but I couldn't hear the caller. I had to turn the volume up to the highest level to hear the caller. At this point, the calls were high-pitched, which again was strange. So while the caller experience was okay, mine wasn't. All in all, my experience with this device was far from outstanding, and I cannot recommend it. I wear glasses and they are just uncomfortable, inconvenient or easy to use. The call quality is not very good and that is important to me.
