Review on ASUS VG249Q Gaming Monitor with FreeSync, 144Hz DisplayPort, Adjustable Height & Pivot, Built-In Speakers, HD by Francisco Hoover

I received this product with a dead pixel on the lower left corner of the screen. It didn't bother me or bother me so I didn't put much stock in it, but it's a bit annoying to pay this price for a product only to have a small flaw right away. If it were in the middle of my screen it could be very different as I'm pretty sure you need to have 3 or more dead pixels to guarantee this. However, I'm not sure about that. I just didn't want to look at it. I love the quality and the features it has. You will definitely not be disappointed with this monitor. The tilt and rotation capabilities are amazing. You can adjust the screen height to your liking. The blue light filter was something I didn't care about at first, but now I use it from time to time. The only other complaint I have is the gsync/freesync setup. It's a bit difficult to understand, and once I did, I had black screen flashes from time to time. The only thing I would have wished for from this monitor would be easier gsync compatibility and obviously no dead pixels. I understand dead pixels can appear on any monitor, but seeing black dots on a new screen is a little disappointing. That is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Otherwise I have nothing to complain about and this is a great product!
