I received this phone for the express purpose of using it for making calls with a bluetooth headset paired to the phone. I'm fine when the headset is paired with my phone and I can receive calls on the headset if I put it on when a call comes in. However, I cannot make calls with the headset. I spoke to Plantronics but was told to speak to Clarity. I spoke to Clarity and the first person I spoke to suggested that I was an idiot for not being able to make calls - he just didn't understand what I was saying. Someone else at Clarity listened carefully, tried to diagnose the problem and said they would take care of it, but never answered me. Finally, after contacting Plantronics again, I was told that the software in the phone does not support outgoing calls with Bluetooth headsets. I feel duped because neither the documentation nor the booklets for the phone mention this rather important disadvantage.
