This is an overall good product when it works. After my first use for about 40 minutes, a strong rattling could be heard from the inside, as if a screw had loosened. Being a techie, I opened it up and immediately knew what the problem was, the same problems I read about in a review before I bought it. The rotating arm, which produces a deep massaging motion, was not properly designed to attach to a motor that generates electricity and will therefore become loose after repeated use. Now since my purchase (less than a month ago) I've reinstalled the item 3 times, each time using a workaround that fixed the loose parts. All is not lost though, because if you're like me it works fine, but I can see where other "not-so-technical" folks would find it a real waste. Pros: It's quiet, ergonomic, and has enough attachments for my type of light deep-tissue massage
