I loved my Adidas Ultra Boost. Very comfortable and durable for training. Unfortunately, after a few months of light use, my shoes started to tear. I contacted adidas support and made a warranty claim. I returned the faulty shoes and all required supporting documents in July 2020. It's mid October 2020 and I still haven't received my gift card balance which I was supposed to email to use in store. Adidas website. I've made numerous calls asking to speak to the manager and have received nothing from their support team. So now I've run out of money I paid for the shoes and have no shoes to show. They accepted and left my defective shoes. Very dissatisfied with this company. I will no longer support this company.
