This monitor is as advertised: 144Hz with a 1ms response time. That's all. However, it is on par with $100 monitors in terms of display quality. I bought it for Christmas and I like it very much, but I understand that I paid 400 dollars for the refresh rate and that other qualities do not meet the requirements. I would only recommend this monitor if you plan to use it for gaming. It's not great and definitely too expensive for other things like watching movies or office use. At this price point you can get very nice screens that aren't 144Hz and 1ms with great color aspects and unless you plan on playing a lot of games I would go with the excellent screens mentioned. AMD Free Sync works well, panels adjust as expected, no dead pixels. Relatively speaking the price for 2560 x 1440 144Hz 1ms monitors is actually quite low and as mentioned above it is due to the poor display/color/contrast/sharpness etc. So if you have a high end gaming pc and don't want to spend $1000 per monitor or want to do a (relatively) cheap dual/triple monitor setup, this is definitely the way to go.
