Used at around 190 C (375 F) with both a dry iron and a high pressure heat press. The material we used sticks to most surfaces, is difficult to remove and can be brittle, but the Teflon sheets worked great and allowed us to make thin films that are very easy to remove. They were durable and withstood repeated use by both a hot iron and a heat press as long as the material was free of contamination. If there are impurities that remain solid when heated, they will cause slight bumps and imperfections in the sheets that make them unusable for our applications. During hot pressing, the impurities punched holes in the sheets. However, I am confident that under normal use these films will be strong enough to withstand many uses before tearing. The material looks very high quality.
