Easy and efficient tool For creating Knowledge Base
It is very helpful for managing knowledge base of my organization as it has all features which I need to manage effectively like announcements etc.
The best thing about this software is that you can easily access your documents from anywhere at any time via mobile or web browser using internet connection so no matter where are we are there will be always an easy way out for us! Nothing much but overall its working perfectly fine without lags unlike other softwares available in market now-a-days. If anyone want something simple then they should definitely go ahead with labiknow otherwise if you really care about quality service than don't hesitate because their customer support team works 24/7 just waiting for callers who have issues related to product functionality only!! Managing knowledgebase & announcement system within one window makes our work easier by saving lot of manual effort.
- Best part here was ease while adding new document, uploading images (if required), editing content through editor itself instead going back again n forth between multiple windows.etc..you get everything what u expect inside single interface ! You also gets notification when someone comments over ur docs..so many more things i could say!!! :)..but nothing else except these above points :D
