Amazing for those who have trouble sleeping!
I usually have trouble sleeping and I saw a youtube video where they use this. I decided I would give it a try and I'm glad I did! They also have an odd smell, but it didn't bother me. It activated pretty quickly. It helped my eyes relax and sleep. Will definitely buy more when I run out :)
