Bought this printer last November, worked fine until January. I work in a moderately busy dental office and this is our primary and only printer and fax machine. The drum has failed and is smearing ink stains on the paper copies and faxes we send. I can't reach customer service, I hope customer service sees these reviews and tries to fix the problem. This device cannot be removed after 5 months of use! very dissatisfied and appalled by this car!UPDATE! Customer service informed me that the car I bought through Amazon was originally sold to someone in Canada and therefore according to the company there is no possibility of owning this car and they will not help me.
