I love how easy it was to set up my first campaign! It's so user friendly and intuitive - even our non tech savvy employees were able to build great campaigns without any training from us. There are also many integrations available which makes this product one of the best out there if you need additional functionality. Some of the features could be improved but overall we're very happy with what they offer. We have been using them since early 2018 and haven't had anything bad come across yet. They've helped increase sales by over 10% within a few months of implementing their program.
