Not sure about the cooking temperature?

The product description on the website states that it can withstand temperatures of up to 500 degrees. The bottom of the large bowl reads up to 400 degrees and the smaller square bowl reads up to 350. Has anyone used these at higher temperatures with no problems? Otherwise love her. Very pretty. Classic.
