Review on ACCEL 7920R Performance ThunderSport Ferro Spiral by James Baker

I ordered this spark plug kit because the order book said it would fit my car. When I received them in kit form, not only was the design wrong, there was no coil wire in it. I called Accel customer service and spoke to a man who was very condescending and rude. And when I tried to explain my situation to this "guy" he had the audacity to hang up. I called back to speak to his manager and she was unavailable. I have left a message at their office to call back but have not yet received a reply. I will never use any other Accel product again. This set was returned to Revain and I received my full refund.
