I have only written a few reviews in my life. I'm so touched by how much I love this I think you should know. I quickly searched for the cheapest duvet cover I could find as I really needed to switch to a duvet to sleep in during colder times. I chose the floral pattern that seemed most decent to me. I'm extremely (!) picky about what I like visually, very sensitive to the feel of the fabric. I expect to either dislike things or maybe be neutral enough to tolerate them, which is why this duvet cover stopped me in my thoughts when it arrived. Instantly I was shocked, awestruck, enamored as I recognized some plants as familiar, not just inspired plants. I immediately put it in the washing machine to assess the lack of those unpleasant industrial smells that one would normally expect to try it out as soon as possible. The drying was over and I pulled it out of the dryer, giggling happily, and ran (literally) to get the duvet that had fluffed up over the day. I tied the duvet and zipped it up while sobbing to my girlfriend about how beautiful and comfy she was. I spent the rest of the evening feeling slightly dizzy, like a kid, as content as could be, so happy with the most comfortable and happiest blanket I've ever had in my life! I LOVE the realistic art of so many favorite plants! Dandelion! plantain! hawthorn, cleaver, thyme. I know many plants where I live in Southern California, but I didn't understand many of them and would like to know if others can learn more. This blanket brings me joy every day and night. I'm so thankful I bought it at a great price. It was one of the best gifts I've ever given myself: I unknowingly invested in a major improvement in my quality of life! I love lying with this blanket and just looking at it with relish. When I see this in my room, I smile. I hope this makes you smile. Even if you don't buy it. (:
