Bought this for the first gen Nintendo Wii - it works out of the box with no issues.

I have a first generation Nintendo Wii that I haven't used in years. When I bought it in 2006 I was using a D-Link wireless USB adapter that seemed to work fine. For some reason this wireless adapter stopped working. I wanted to download a game or two from the Wii Virtual Console Store but couldn't get online. I searched Amazon and found this USB adapter. As soon as I got it, I pocketed it and bam! I updated the Wii software and downloaded Yoshi's Story for N64. Sweet. This little adapter is well packed in a cute little box. It comes with an instruction manual (not that you need it because it's plug and play) with instructions in Spanish, Italian, Japanese, French, Dutch and English. It comes with a 3.5 inch driver CD for the rare people who still use a dinosaur as a computer. As I said, plug and play. All you have to do is plug in the USB port and you're done. Buy if: - you have a Wii/Wii-U that you want to connect to the internet - you have a faulty LAN port on your laptop/game console/motherboard that is still using a dinosaur as a computer. As I said, plug and play. All you have to do is plug in the USB port and you're done.
