I have been looking for this product for many years. It's the perfect stabilizer for cutting and just about anything you need temporary stability for. It is as hard as a fleece stabilizer. It is not sticky at all and glides smoothly over the fabric. Dissolves completely and easily unlike a soluble thick film. This means you can safely use the top and bottom layers without fear of them getting sticky. I'm so glad I finally found it. It's also a great price for a thick roll that will do for many projects. Tips: This stabilizer will dissolve under cold water in about 6 seconds. It is very important that it is dry.
