I was really looking forward to this glowing treetop. It's not too heavy so I was able to attach it to my tree without any problems. I hooked everything up and was happy to see it working. Then the disappointment began. You need really high ceilings to make the most of it and I don't. My tree is 6 feet and my blankets are about 10 feet. The dancing snowflakes formed a circle just a foot away. I mean, it's still a pretty treetop, but I've had a good one. What I wanted were cool 3D spinning snowflakes. A winter wonderland, if you will. I have it, just a smaller version. Another problem is noise. It makes a spinning noise that can be a bit loud at times. Not so much that it wakes you up or anything, and I can basically arrange it so I don't really care. I just thought I'd mention it. I think if you have high ceilings or plan on installing this on the ground it would look absolutely amazing and I would recommend, but if you have a house with an average ceiling height and want to place it in a tree over 5 feet. , you will not get the display you want.
