Make no mistake, this is a toy. It’s cool, well built, and has a neat little coin slot which makes it a great little piggy bank. The lock seems well built and it comes with two keys so you can hide one for when you kid ultimately loses one. If I wanted to get into this thing it seems like it would be very easy to do, but it’s not made for security so it’s forgivable. It had a little compartmentalized tray that I set to the side because the compartments aren’t the right size to hold money, it had a poor fit that interferes with the locking mechanism, and it prevents coins that are dropped thru the slot from falling into the main box. But my 9 yr old son loves the color, the handle, and the cheap thrill of having his own little key for it. Good product.
