unreliable product; do not buy

The product is not reliable; Motor broke on first use. Bought as a gift for a family member; because of covid couldn't give it to her. I gave up and decided to use it today; It literally worked for less than 30 seconds, after which there was a lot of noise before it was possible to check. I opened it and to my surprise the part holding the motor was broken. waste of money.
