Review on 40W Hot Glue Gun Melting by James Broome

The 40 watt glue gun arrived in a folded plastic case that was unsealed around the edges. It opens very easily and 30 glue sticks were placed loosely in a large bubble bag. The 40W pistol is equipped with a power indicator at the base of the handle and a built-in stand. The stand is wire and not wide enough to prevent the gun from tipping over. The instructions say it heats up in 3-5 minutes but I found it was ready 2.5 minutes after turning it on! Thin glue sticks are great for projects that don't require a lot of glue, like small arts and crafts projects. All in all, this is as good a glue gun as ever.
