Bluetooth not working

Car stereo is fine, looks like the stereo is original from the factory. The only downside of this car radio is that bluetooth doesn't work after only 5 months. I thought it was my phone that wasn't paired but found the stereo was broken, tried to contact the seller and was told to make sure it connected automatically. I did this when I first bought it, it worked for some. This will be the last time I say goodbye to this seller, he is not worth my time or money.
