Ordered two and one doesn't work - Revain refuses to replace (3 days have passed)
I ordered two of these monitors and one of them keeps getting a black screen like it keeps restarting. Contacted Revain and they said yes it's not good but we won't be replacing it. I said if I buy another one you pay what I paid (there was a sale) and then I can return the bad one. They said NO. WOW great service there.,. Let us sell you a bad product and then not replace it.
