I bought this shower system because of the price and the way it looked. Right after I installed the KES system and tried it for the first time, no water came out. I thought the pressure relief valve was faulty and started a two day tirade with the company's support team IMMEDIATELY ACCIDENTAL ENOUGH that they replaced the valve. It turns out that any flow of water is blocked by a thin solution! I had to call KES t5 support and eat the crow and apologize profusely for the way I treated her. I was VERY CONFUSED! This KES XB6230 system is a GREAT purchase. It works and looks great in our new shower. Good pressure and you can even use hand and rain nozzle at the same time. Installation is very easy (if you know how to read a tape measure properly. This system is still new in our souls and it remains to be seen how it performs in the long run, but for now it's fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice shower system. at a comparatively affordable price. (I have a 24" Bought the rain head extension because I just didn't like the fact that I had to stand so close to the shower screen to use their 16" mount so I ordered a 24" rain head extension and all is well).
