7/31/20 It's been a year since it was installed (warranty expired) and the shower head is split on the side. You always get what you pay for. I also recently found this device under a different name on another website for $75.

We completely gutted our bathroom. I was looking for matte black lights and this was exactly what I was looking for. My contractor doesn't know if it will be strong enough, but only time will tell. I like the look and it works well!

The handstick is made of plastic which does not match the description which says it is brass. Nowhere in the description does it say plastic. I am very disappointed and will be returning the item unless the seller sends me a brass hand wand to use with the rest of the set.

When the plumber did the rough work with the shower diverter and hand wand there was no indication of the depth behind the wall paneling which was supposed to be plumbing fixtures. As it turned out, the nipple on the wand's nozzle was too short to screw into the female fitting. We had to cut out the drywall and patch the wall behind the diverter. A simple minimum dimension from the finished wall to the socket reinforcement in the installation instructions would have prevented this problem.

As soon as I installed this I started having terrible water hammer (metallic noise, pipe hitting another pipe or bolt) for a long time, about 3 months , I lived with it, trying to figure out what and why. Long story short, I found the problem and fixed it. It was because of the CARTRIDGE AND the piece that mixes hot and cold water. It throbbed inside. Pretty weird. I bought this shower system because of the price and the way it looked. Right after I installed the KES system and tried it for the first time, no water came out. I thought the pressure relief valve was faulty and started a two day tirade with the company's support team IMMEDIATELY ACCIDENTAL ENOUGH that they replaced the valve. I am sorry that I cannot give this product a negative 5 star rating. I bought this for my bathroom and at first thought it was a great product (this was before the tile shower was finished).
