A shower set made in China costs me an additional $1,000. Fix

I am sorry that I cannot give this product a negative 5 star rating. I bought this for my bathroom and at first thought it was a great product (this was before the tile shower was finished). When I finally turned on the water, it was running fine. After that, its valve makes a rattling noise when I flush the toilet, turn off the tap in the bathroom or kitchen, do the laundry or use the garden hose outside. Before I discovered the noise coming from the valve I thought it was water hammer. because of a loose line. I cut a hole in the drywall to find the pipes coming from the shower as that's the only way as I've looked elsewhere and don't see any rattling of the plumbing pipes. Finally, after repeatedly hearing sounds from different places, the loudest and clearest sound comes out of the valve. There is no troubleshooting guide for this valve. I tried the company's website and couldn't find any information on how to fix this problem, nor a replacement valve. Due to COVID19, I am currently unable to call this company based in Wuhan, China. I bought (along the way) other items that may help reduce the pressure of the water entering this valve to see if the noise stops. If not, I may need to cut a hole in the drywall (the back of the valve) or remove the tile on the shower wall so my plumber can fix it by replacing it with another compatible valve. This problem cannot be detected before we have installed the tiles. The problem started after turning on the shower. It costs me time and labor because of this jingling device, the additional expense of renovating my bathroom. Too bad I didn't choose an American or German brand. Update 4/13/20, I lowered the water pressure to 40psi (I wouldn't go any lower as I have sprinkler systems) and installed water hammer dampeners on the vanity, kitchen and laundry lines. This shower valve is still noisy (but at a lower volume). Avoid this product.
