Tight and uncomfortable
Bought these for my son when his orthodontist ran out of elastics. This is a heavier group and they were too uncomfortable and cramped. My podiatrist said not to use them until they send us more. His treatment has now been suspended. Hope this review helps others. The lesson here is to consult your orthopedist first. this might be too heavy a band!
