At first I didn't like the taste of this powder. He grew up on me and now I love him; This is the only powder I use. If you prefer chocolate, this is good too. This powder has the fewest ingredients I've seen in a flavored protein powder. The texture is great - very powdery so it blends right in without you noticing. It doesn't have any weird artificial taste, although it does contain some stevia, which I usually don't like the taste of. Vanilla flavor goes well with all kinds of fruits. I usually make my smoothie with 2 scoops of Olly, some kind of nut milk, a handful of spinach or arugula, a few scoops of turmeric and some black pepper for better digestion (you can't even taste the taste), 1/4 Haas. an avocado and either some dates or some thawed frozen blueberries. It keeps me going for hours. But when I'm in a hurry or after training, it tastes great when mixed with water. My only complaint is the packaging as some others have said. It's nice that you can store the scoop attached to the lid and that there's a small ledge to align the scoop, but the large plastic container and incredibly difficult-to-remove plastic tab is wasteful and annoying. I would prefer if it came in a bag. I used to hurt my finger pulling that damn tongue out. I want them to redesign it and be more careful with all the plastic they put into the world. Price $18.99. As with many products, Revain's price can't be beat. However, it's a delicious and healthy way to start the day and I'm sticking with it!
