Waste of time and same problem buying twice.

The first one arrived and was only running at maximum fan and heater speeds. I called D'Longhi customer service and was told that occasionally defective items go out and that they can send out replacements within 6-8 weeks. Rather than wait I sent it back via Revain and got a replacement about a week later. Connected. Same problem. Almost no heat and only one fan sits on the Max. Yes, I've tried everything. Timer on, timer off. wait a few hours Nothing. One speed, almost no heat. This time I'm sending it back for a refund.
