The alerts are great! I love being able to have them sent via text message or email so when my residents call about something they can see right away what their problem was without having me come out there site first time ever!! They also keep track of everything with pictures which makes it easy too go back in case you need proof later down road as well! No problems at this point but if i do run into any issues will definitely be using again after seeing how much easier we've been making our job!! Nothing yet other than customer service has improved since last year's software update however now things like emails from clients get deleted before even reading because its not important enough haha.
