When our cat needed surgery she didn't like that the cone kept her from washing her paws. It's the only survival suit we've tried that she couldn't get out of. She weighs 8 pounds, is quite athletic, and has had two other suits and a human jumpsuit behind her (except she has her cone untied). It seemed comfortable and could be washed away without disturbing the seam on the stomach. The frizz was adorable (although it scared one of our other cats lol) and it healed well. Definitely recommended for cats who hate pubic cones.
