I really like this product. It's well built, holds my 27 inch monitor in place and is pretty easy to install. I was a little worried by the negative reviews about the bracket not supporting the monitor, but there are 2 turnbuckles on either end of the bracket. You will need to remove the cover to reveal the tension adjustment screws. I didn't have to adjust the tension, but if your monitor is heavy you may need to do this. You need to find bolts in the drywall for a secure installation and the right tools (drill, screwdriver) to facilitate the installation. It comes with a manual, so as long as you read it, you'll be fine.
