Update: After a few weeks of use I loved the dust pads but not the mopping pads. Mop heads do not absorb moisture. You just push it around. This brings my rating down to 3. I can't find any information on how to avoid this. Wash, wring, nothing gets mops right. I'm disappointed with this feature and since it's a problem I wouldn't buy it again. I needed a floor wiper but ended up buying a floor wiper too. I was surprised at how well it cleans and how it feels when used. Most others I've tried feel like they're going to break, but not this one. It's a bit stiff until you get used to working with it. I would buy it again without a doubt. I really had to go back to the line to figure out which pad is for dusting and which is for mopping. The instructions don't say anything unless I missed it. Once I've done that, have fun cleaning.
