Review on POTESSA by Matt Estrada

The most recent time I had the misfortune of purchasing at POTESSA, the experience was a total and utter failure. Their clothing and shoe assortment was terrible, and the styles were so dated that not even my grandmother would feel comfortable wearing them. And don't even get me started on their necklace collection; it seemed to be comprised of items that could be purchased at a secondhand shop. The style of their products is just as terrible as the standard of their products. Everything I purchased fell apart after just one use, and now my closet is full of clothes that I can't even bring myself to throw away. And to make matters even worse, the quality of their customer support is very poor. They were unhelpful and rude when I tried to return the items, and they refused to accept responsibility for the poor quality of their products. In general, POTESSA is not something I would suggest to anyone. Look elsewhere for clothing that won't make you appear to be a fashion faux pas waiting to happen, and save yourself the hassle of having to go shopping for it.
